 We serve hotdogs from the Clipper Galley, don't think we sell a bunch. I asked Google Gemini for ideas about a nifty hotdog and one of the suggestions was pull pork and BBQ sauce on top. To ensure the freshness and quality of our ingredients, particularly for our popular Teriyaki Dinner Plates offered from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we've had to make some adjustments to our evening menu. During lunch hours, we offer a variety of burgers and subs. However, due to the compact nature of our food truck kitchen and the need to optimize our limited refrigeration, the ingredients for these lunch items are returned to the main Clipper Commissary at the end of the lunch service .  Is a wine and beer tasting speakeasy located at 45 Main St Pacific Beach WA, 98571. We currently open on Friday and Saturday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, (though we sometimes close early if it is slow). The place has a lot of character, the speakeasy feel, a photo op with our pirates, a fire ring until burn ban and a propane fire during burn ban.  From Wednesday May 28 - Sunday Jun 1 the Clipper Galley special sub is The Crowd Pleaser. It consists of salami, ham, turkey cheddar cheese and coleslaw. What makes is special is we replace the vinegar in the coleslaw with Olive Garden ™ Italian dressing.

Things have been busy at the Clipper Galley today. We ran out of pulled pork at one point and had to thaw some more.  Burgers were the top seller, makes sense; burgers and Memorial Day weekend go together. The Clipper Galley is closed Monday May 26, 2025. We are open Wednesday - Sunday 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM for burgers and subs and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM for Teriyaki dinner plates.
