The Clipper Galley: Your Evening Teriyaki Destination

The Clipper Galley, located at 4472 SR 109 in Pacific Beach, WA, operates as a food truck with limited refrigerator space. To ensure the freshness and quality of our ingredients, particularly for our popular Teriyaki Dinner Plates offered from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we've had to make some adjustments to our evening menu.

During lunch hours, we offer a variety of burgers and subs. However, due to the compact nature of our food truck kitchen and the need to optimize our limited refrigeration, the ingredients for these lunch items are returned to the main Clipper Commissary at the end of the lunch service. This allows us to dedicate our storage to the specific fresh ingredients required for our delicious Chicken Teriyaki Dinner Plates in the evening. As a result, we are unable to offer burgers and subs during our evening Teriyaki service. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to provide the best possible experience and quality for all our customers.

We are still learning how to do Teriyaki, during our soft opening a dinner plate is priced at $10, an incredible value. In a week or two more we will try to offer pork teriyaki as well.
