Teriyaki update

We plan to offer Teriyaki Plate lunches next Friday, June 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM. We will not be able to offer subs that day as we have limited fridge space. But we believe we can offer burgers. Thank you for your patience as we try to get maximum choice out of a very small kitchen. For now: Tacos on Thursday, Teriyaki on Friday.

The health department says we aren't allowed to have picnic tables unless we have an ADA bathroom open to the public at The Clipper Galley. So I am trying to think about a marketing program to push "Eat it at the beach". So what can we do to help? Sell beach blankets? What are, beach blankets?   4472 SR 109, (4 way stop). Wondering about a hotdog lunch plate special

 We serve hotdogs from the Clipper Galley, don't think we sell a bunch. I asked Google Gemini for ideas about a nifty hotdog and one of the suggestions was pull pork and BBQ sauce on top. That would give the sandwich salty sweetness. But there isn't much room for toppings so I wondered, is there such a thing as BBQ coleslaw and the answer is; of course. BBQ Coleslaw
