The health department says we aren't allowed to have picnic tables unless we have an ADA bathroom open to the public at The Clipper Galley. So I am trying to think about a marketing program to push "Eat it at the beach". So what can we do to help? Sell beach blankets? What are, beach blankets?

The Clipper Galley, located at 4472 SR 109 in Pacific Beach, WA , operates as a food truck with limited refrigerator space . To ensure the freshness and quality of our ingredients, particularly for our popular Teriyaki Dinner Plates offered from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, we've had to make some adjustments to our evening menu. During lunch hours, we offer a variety of burgers and subs. However, due to the compact nature of our food truck kitchen and the need to optimize our limited refrigeration, the ingredients for these lunch items are returned to the main Clipper Commissary at the end of the lunch service .
